End of Year Details

Listed here and on the calendar are many of the end of the year details.  I will update this post as we go so check it frequently.

Friday, May 3

• Last day to check out library books.
• Character Assembly
• Preschool transition meetings (need kindergarten teacher present)

Monday, May 6

• Top Seller's Pizz lunch
• Leadership team meeting - need to finalize details for end of year presentation!!!

Tuesday, May 7

• National Teacher Day
• Robin at admin meeting
• Third grade parent night

Wednesday, May 8

• Final reading store.  Fifth grade should cash out all points

Thursday, May 9

• Kindergarten Extravaganza - all kindergarten all day
• PE will be provided with a substitute
• PAC teacher appreciation lunch for all during noon hour
• Title I Schoolwide meeting

Friday, May 10

• All books due back to library
• No kindergarten
• PE Extravaganza
• PAC grants due

Monday, May 13

• Fifth fitness picnic (what is the plan for those who did not achieve?)
• Second grade movie 12:30p **Need EA support for this event.

Tuesday, May 14

• GRADES DUE
• Music talent show see schedule - need EAs to help Elsa with groups
• No more library classes
• No more resource room classes
• 3 & 4 Fitness picnic (what is the plan for those who did not achieve?)
• PTA meeting.  Is there a representative from staff who will attend?

Wednesday, May 15

• Kindergarten graduations
• 1 & 2 Fitness picnics (what is the plan for those who did not achieve?)
• 5:30 pm Second grade movie night
• Send all backpacks and materials home today
• Report cards MAY be sent home today

Thursday, May 16

• Early dismissal 11:50
• 8:30 fifth grade awards assembly
• fifth grade ISAT pizza party
• Classified to help with inventory

Friday, May 17

• 8am All District Meeting @ High School
• Blue Jean Friday
• Remainder of morning work with class lists
• Classified to help with inventory
• Remainder of afternoon teacher work day
• PARTY!!!!  @ Foote's place.  Come celebrate with us.

Before leaving for summer you need to check out through the office with the following items

• List of needed room, building and playground maintenance needs
• Inventory complete
• Cumulative files completed with report cards filed.
• Rooms prepared for summer
• everything stored
• only letter and number lines left on walls
• electronics covered (with remotes stored on top of projector)
• laptops or iPads checked out for summer or turned in
• 2013-2014 Class list created
• Keys turned into Lisa
• Turn in iPad and laptop and/or complete check out forms.
