We have received a request from Boise State University College of Education and the Idaho Association of School Administrators to participate in a study of professional learning communities. Data collection will take place on line, and will be anonymous and confidential.
The link below will lead to an “informed consent” statement, which is commonly required by universities when conducting research. At the bottom of that form you will find a link to the survey. Once you complete the survey, you will click the “SUBMIT” button and will exit the survey.
