Boss' Day is always printed on the calendar, so does not come as a surprise. But each year, I am humbled by your genuine expressions of appreciation. Thank you for the many kind words and gifts. Most of all, thank you for expressing your appreciation throughout the year by your willingness to trust me with decisions, to follow me when you don't clearly see the vision, and to allow me to be your friend, your colleague and "your boss". I know we have something really special in our building through the relationships and professionalism that are displayed before, during and after hours. You are a wonderful bunch, for sure!
