Carnival Success

Thank you for all you did to help prepare for the carnival and the support given last Friday night.  We still have some bills to pay before everything shakes out as profit, but initial counts looks like we at least matched and possibly beat proceeds from last year. Thank you to all who were here and visible to the community selling tickets, sharing in conversation and even buying auction items (even if you were out bidding me in the silent auction while I was busy!)  Thank you Jayna, Stephanie and Kayla who stayed late to help with clean up.  Always a big task to get everything back inside and hopefully close to its original location. Students love to see us here.  Parents enjoy sharing this time with us.  PAC appreciates the help and support.  They often comment when awarding grants about the hard work put in by staff. 

Do submit your PAC grants.  Our meeting is actually scheduled after school is out.  If you want items ordered to be delivered over the summer, submit the order information along with your grant.  I will have Lisa work on orders before we leave.  If there is an adjustment to your grant, I will notify you, most likely via email.
