This is an apology for not publicly recognizing in the thank you section, all the wonderful things you do. When my head gets overwhelmed it is hard to keep details stuffed in the right places of my brain. I'm trying to pull out the right pieces and they just can't be located. Instead, all I have is an incredible feeling of appreciation for who you are as a staff. How you professionally extend yourselves, meet the challenges and are gracious with one another. All I see and feel is team right now. Yet, I know I'm missing the individuals that deserve an extra pat on the back. I'm sorry.
