Half-Staff Notice

Governor C.L. “Butch” Otter has ordered flags to half-staff at all Idaho state owned facilities on Monday January 30, 2012 from dawn to dusk in honor of U.S. Marine Lance Cpl. Kenneth Cochran, age 20 from Wilder, Idaho. Lance Cpl. Cochran was killed in combat operations in Afghanistan on January 15, 2012 supporting Operation Enduring Freedom. Lance Cpl. Cochran will be laid to rest at The Idaho Veterans Cemetery.
