The Foote Shop
Lisa and Harold (Kayla & Britt) lost their wonderful shop to an accidental fire Thursday afternoon. Everything inside is a total loss including the blue pickup, childhood memorabilia, and friends snowmobile trailer and all the fixings. Nobody was hurt and the dog finally came home later that evening. They will begin to work with insurance and the realization of the "things" they will do without. Maybe all of us who have borrowed of their time and friendship in the past will get an opportunity to help them out. How about a barn raising for our next staff event?

Oh my word. I am so sorry Lisa and family! We saw smoke and heard the sirens at dismissal time and all said, 'That doesn't look good'! Our thoughts and hopes to rebuild are with you and your family!
ReplyDeleteI would be willing to help with a barn raising. What a great oppurtunity for service, team building and friendship. Our thoughts and prayers are with you Lisa for your lose.
ReplyDeleteOur family would be honored to help work, raise money, anything needed. We are so sorry for your loss.
ReplyDeleteWe should do something. After all, it was the float shop! We're thinking about you today, Lisa.
ReplyDeleteMy family is willing to help with whatever Lisa's family needs! Just lets us know what we can do.
ReplyDeleteLisa...We had a fire in our "small" garage years ago. What a mess!!! I have a tiny bit of understanding of what one goes through when things are lost. My heart really goes out to you and your family. You are remembered in our prayers!
