Save the Date

The Middleton administration team would like to partner with teachers to participate in the 2010 Paint the Town event on June 12th. We would like to focus our volunteer hours to impact a home in need in Middleton. Teams consist of 10-20 members and there are no age or resource limits. The team is responsible to:

• Prepare the house for paint (remove dust, loose paint & debris)
• Apply primer to bare wood spots
• Apply caulk (for appearance & energy conservation)
• Paint the exterior of the house.

Many teams choose to mow yards, lay sod, plant flowers, repair fences, build wheelchair ramps, repair roofs & do a variety of general "fix-up" projects. All work needs to be completed on or before June 12th.

Do you know an eligible Middleton family? They must be 60+ years of age or disabled, own and live in the home they want painted, unable to afford painting costs, and the house must be in need of paint.
