A message from Dr. Bauscher

You will soon be departing for the Christmas Holiday break and so I
wanted to provide each of you with our annual reminder of energy conservation
items that can save our District hundreds of dollars, as well as protect our
equipment, if implemented during this two week time period.
1. Turn off all power strips to your computer systems to protect them
against surges and consuming electricity/energy.
2. Check on all other devices — such as classroom lights, radios, heaters,
refrigerators, etc. to ascertain that they are also turned off to conserve
electricity/energy. *
3. Place your personal belongings in locked cabinets/drawers or take
them home for security purposes.
Thank you for assisting us with these efforts in protecting against
possible loss and unnecessarily high utility bills.

* You should adjust your thermostats to their continuous unoccupied setting.
