Copier Costs

Here is a link to the spreadsheet with the breakdown of copier cost . I would like you to review this from the stand point that it is a piece of data to inform. Look at your numbers and see if they appear accurate. Then, how can you reduce the number of copies if it is high. Remember, printing is three times more expensive than the copier.
