Determining Learning Targets

As teams have worked to identify learning targets for students, they have often found the State Standards too general to be practical. Yet combining the standards with curriculum and ISAT blueprints, it is possible to select critical learning targets for your grade level in given subjects. Teams then should compare these with the grade levels above and below before settling on targets and creating common assessments.
