From Admin Meetings

• All changes in insurance plans need to be done no later than this Friday.  Just a note to anyone who may have moved from plan B due to cost, there is a strong possibility that the Board will agree to cover the additional $10 per month cost of the standard plan at Monday's Board meeting.  This does not change the deadline for changes. 
• September 15th is the deadline for turning in transcripts to validate moves on the salary schedule.
• You will be required to sign a form indicating that the district has provided you a list of liability insurance providers.  You will receive this during this week. These signed forms are to be kept in your personnel file at the District Office for three years.  If you have questions about this, please see me.
• Winter IRI is again not being supported by the State but is available at the District and school level.  We will plan to collect this data as part of our Universal Screeners.
• The Primary Math Assessment, which was supposed to be available across the State this fall, is not yet launched. 
• Idaho Code 33-12-10 speaks to requirement for Districts to request past evaluations from previous Districts to be used as screening information prior to hiring.  These evaluations received from other districts can only be used for this purpose, but hiring can not be complete until this information is received.
• Staff badges should be used daily.  If you did not receive an accurate badge for this year please let me know.  They can be made at the District office.
• You will receive an email from Darren later today with an attached tutorial on requesting time off.  If you need a substitute, you must use BOTH Skyward and Aesop.  If you do not need a substitute, you only need to enter the information in Skyward.  Please review (and possibly save) the information he will send.
