Christmas Card Contests

There are two Christmas Card contests currently available for students.  Use the guidelines from the State Department and we can submit to either or both locations.  This can be a "homework" assignment or an activity to work on between 8-8:15.  Be aware of the due dates.  Can't win if they are not on time. 

The District winner is used for staff and community Christmas cards from the School Board and District office. Submission date is October 27th. Turn these into Cherie.

2010 Holiday Card Contest is underway – Each year, the State Department of Education sponsors a Holiday Card contest to draw attention to art programs in Idaho’s elementary schools. One drawing is selected for the Department’s holiday greeting. The child who submits the selected artwork receives cards for his or her own use. The winning entry for each grade also receives a certificate. Submissions must be postmarked by Friday, November 5, 2010.
