I have placed DRAFT class lists in your mailboxes. These are not accurate and are prior to registration. Please do not use them for making name tags and such. I give them to you so that you have the information that last year's teacher placed in the comment section. Destroy if you like or file away.

The Idaho State Department of Education (SDE) and Data Recognition Corporation (DRC) will be conducting ISAT review meetings in Boise, ID on October 12 – 15, 2010 and we need your help with recruiting participants. The meetings are to review newly developed items before they are placed on an ISAT test. All items on every ISAT test are reviewed and approved by a committee of Idaho teachers. Participants are reimbursed for travel expenses and substitute teacher fees are reimbursed directly to the district. The following meetings are currently being organized and we are recruiting participants now:

October 12, 2010 Grades 3-8 & 10 Sensitivity Review
October 12 – 15, 2010 Grades 3-8 & 10 Item/Data Review

Lunch will be provided on site as well as refreshments in the morning and afternoon.

Looking forward to a good time at Catherine's cabin with the girls. Hope most of you are there since this is the closest we come to a retreat at this time. :)
