THey are collecting data for the upcoming year and been given a very short time frame to gather the information. I've been assured they will work both quickly and quietly.
There are necessary updates that need to happen to most of the computers in classrooms over the summer. Mike would like you to leave all the computers hooked up to power and network ports as you leave for summer vacation.
Lisa and Cherie put student names on the student profile sheets (T:Drive Class Profile and then the teachers name) a number of weeks ago. As of today, no one has filled out the data necessary for creating class lists. When you finish and save these, please notify me so that I can print them and add parent requests.
Volunteer Appreciation week is here. Cherie notified you and sought a list of names so that
we can be sure to recognize their dedication to our school. If you would please write a thank you note to those who have served in your room and turn it into Cherie.
I need to order Paint the Town t-shirts for our team members. If you haven't volunteered yet and would like to, please get your name to me soon. There is plenty of work to do prior to June 12th as well as on the date.
