IT Intern Sweep

In an effort to increase presence from the Instructional Technology team (IT department or computer geeks) they would like to do weekly sweeps of the buildings. They have discovered that many needs go unreported, most likely a timing factor on the part of the teacher. Steve Biddle and two or three interns (high school students) will "sweep" through the building classroom by classroom once a week. You should recognize them by their young appearance, badge and clipboards. If you have computer issues that need reporting, get their attention and let them know. You could also tag computers with signs to identify issues. During their sweep, they will not be taking care of the issues but rather documenting and getting it on a list to be addressed.

If all is well, just ignore them or give them an OK signal and they will be on their way. Consider this in place of catching Terry or Mike in the hallway to flag them down. Now you can catch them in your rooms!

If for any reason this causes disruption or concerns for you, please let me know. This does not replace communicating with Darcy or using the support link to report needs. After all, they are just going to put it in the support link themselves.
