Modeled after a successful program at Mill Creek, Linda has advertised and implemented a Grandparents Booster Club to support literacy in our school. The proceeds are used for library enhancements. Last week we posted the names of current members and their grandchildren. So far these grandparents have donated $310 in honor of students here at Middleton Heights. You might make mention of this to your class as part of our advertising.
The Book Fair grossed $1,374.49 of which we earn 40% to go for books from the Scholastic catalogs. Thank you Linda for your efforts in arranging and hosting this sale.
