IAESP Conference

This morning we had a wonderful opportunity to listen to a motivational speaker by the name of Steve Gilliland. He asked many thought provoking questions, the first of which was;

• If every job in the world paid the same, would you still do the same thing tomorrow morning?

If not, you have lost your passion. To reignite that passion, try focusing on what you love about your job rather than what you dislike. Instead of complaining that you don't have enough time for lunch, focus on enjoying the lunch you are consuming. Be sure to live in the moment; not tomorrow and definitely not yesterday. His book is appropriately titled, Enjoy the Ride!
